NOTE: The following 3 conditions were present before my lip lift and not caused by the swelling: My lips were asymmetrical prior to the procedure (the left side was a little fuller). My jaw is also asymmetrical due to a cross bite – I’ve been chewing only on one side of my mouth for most of my life which distorted my jaw. My orthodontist says he thinks might be able to fix it, but it will probably never look perfect. My left nostril is smaller than my right one. Excuse my horrible skin please, unfortunately PMS has struck at the same time as my lip lift. I wonder if it added to my swelling? TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO PROCEDURE Got my pre and post-op instructions in the mail, along with some consent forms, Arnica Montana (for bruising), prescriptions for pain killer, valium, antibiotic and steroid (for the swelling). Bought Bromelain at Vitamin Shoppe (also for bruising). DAY
