I want to get my lips done very soon.  I was going to get silicone for sure, but started hearing bad things.  Has anyone had any side effects?  I know one girl where the silicone migrated to her lower lip, so it is now much larger than her bottom lip.  Also, my best friend just got silicone with Dr. Chasen in La Jolla, CA and she still has some lumps in her lips.  She had them done about 3 months ago.  Will these lumps go away?

I read some blogs and it seems DR. Wirtzer is known to the be the best?  Is this still the case? 

Has anyone had an permanent negative side effects?
