I am looking for some answers or directions. I have wanted big lips for awhile now. My lips are not thin but not as big as I want. I went to get injections a few months ago and was not happy with it cause there was not much of an improvement for 800.00 so I went back and got a second injections. They went down so much in just 2 months so now I decided to get Perm implants. I read alot and decided on Advanta but so many doctors do not insert perm implants and yet that is what i want. So I am looking for advice from someone who had it done and possibly a referal to a good doctor in the philadelphia area. Help
